Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi

Ingredients (Serves 2 )

Ripe mango - 1, skin removed and cut into cubes (Makes about 3/4 - 1 cup. You can use store-bought mango pulp if you want.)

Sugar / honey - 1 tsp or to taste(Optional)

Yoghurt - 3/4 cup

Cardamom powder - 1 pinch

One or 2 ice cubes

Blend everything together in a mixer until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
