Bitter gourd Fry

 

Bittergourd Fry

 

 

Ingredients

1. Bitter gourd - 3 - 4, medium-small, thinly sliced

   Green chilies - 4 - 5, slit

   Onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced

   Turmeric powder - 2 pinches

   Salt - To taste

2. Oil - To deep-fry

Method

Heat oil in a deep pan at medium heat. Deep-fry the bitter gourd mixture in 2 batches until brown, takes about 15 minutes to fry. Drain on paper towels. Serve with rice.
