Ingredients (Serves 2)
Vanilla yoghurt / plain yoghurt or Greek yoghurt – 1/4 – 1/2 cup
Strawberries – 10 - 12, chopped
Granola – 1/2 – 3/4 cup
Honey – 1 - 2 tbsp or as required
Method
In a glass, add 2 tbsp chopped strawberries. Drizzle a little honey and spoon 2 – 3 tbsp yoghurt over the top and then spoon 2 tbsp granola. Repeat the process until the glass is filled.
