Ingredients (Serves 2 - 3)
1. Oil – 1 tsp
Dried red chilies – 6 - 7
Garlic – 7 - 8 medium cloves, cut into thin rounds
2. Grated coconut - 1 cup, packed
Salt – To taste
Method1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan. Fry dried red chilies and drain. Next fry chopped garlic until golden brown. Cool down and grind them along with grated coconut and salt to a fine paste adding little water if required. Enjoy with idli / dosa.
